Please read the following Booking Terms and Conditions (Agreement) carefully.

Welcome to your Glo Trips Retreat! By booking and participating in a Glo Trips retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all Glo Trips experiences, regardless of location. Please read them carefully before making your reservation.

1. Booking and Payments

1.1. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before the specified due date communicated during the booking process.

1.3. Payments can be made through our secure online payment system.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. All payments made toward the retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable, including deposits and full balances. This policy is in place because your payment secures accommodations, vendors, and other non-recoverable expenses that are paid in advance.

2.2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances (including illness, emergencies, travel delays, or personal conflicts) can arise. However, due to the nature of retreat planning, we are unable to offer refunds or exceptions for any reason, including medical emergencies or last-minute cancellations.

2.3. We strongly encourage all attendees to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, and emergencies. This is the best way to protect your investment should anything unexpected occur.

2.4. If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may request to transfer your spot to another person, pending approval by the retreat host. Transfers must be submitted and confirmed no later than 21 days before the retreat start date.

2.5. By submitting your deposit and/or full payment, you agree to these terms.

2.6. In the event a participant initiates a chargeback or disputes a payment after agreeing to these terms, they will be held liable for any fees incurred and may be prohibited from attending future Glo Trips retreats or services. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover unpaid balances.

3. Inclusions and Exclusions

3.1. The retreat package typically includes:

• Accommodations

• Select group meals

• Wellness sessions (e.g., yoga, meditation, breathwork)

• Personal development workshops

• Group excursions and activities

• Community connection and support

• Retreat materials such as journals or workbooks

3.2. The retreat package does NOT include:

• International or domestic airfare (unless specified)

• Travel insurance (mandatory)

• Personal expenses

(e.g. alcoholic beverages, souvenirs, offsite meals)

• Optional activities not included in the itinerary

• Gratuities

4. Airport Transfers & Arrival Details

4.1. Retreat location and arrival airport will be communicated upon booking.

4.2. Group transportation to the retreat venue may be provided; details will be confirmed closer to the retreat date.

5. Health & Safety

5.1. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and physically capable of participating in the retreat. If a participant has a medical condition, disability, or injury that may affect their ability to participate, they must disclose this prior to booking. We reserve the right to request a physician’s note confirming safe participation.

5.2. Travel insurance is mandatory and must cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

5.3. We recommend checking travel requirements for the specific retreat destination.

5.4. Travel Insurance Disclaimer:

All participants are required to purchase travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and unforeseen circumstances.

Glo Trips is not responsible for any costs incurred due to missed flights, travel disruptions, medical expenses, or other unexpected situations. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate coverage before departure. Failure to obtain travel insurance does not waive the mandatory nature of this requirement.

6. Travel Documents & Visas

6.1. Participants are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documentation.

6.2. Glo Trips is not responsible for delays or issues due to incomplete documentation.

7. Itinerary Changes

7.1. We strive to adhere to published itineraries, but adjustments may occur due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen events.

7.2. We reserve the right to make necessary adjustments, and participants will be informed as soon as possible.

7.3. No refunds or credits will be issued for changes in schedule, excursions, or facilitator availability due to illness, travel delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. All efforts will be made to provide an equal-quality experience.

8. Liability

8.1. Glo Trips is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence.

8.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.

8.3. Third-Party Vendors & Activities Disclaimer:

Certain activities and excursions offered during the retreat are provided by third-party vendors. Glo Trips is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or dissatisfaction related to services provided by third-party operators. Participants agree to assume all risks and release Glo Trips from any liability related to third-party activities.

9. Code of Conduct

9.1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other retreat members, staff, and local communities.

9.2. Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful may result in removal from the retreat, with no refund provided.

9.3. No pets, smoking, or plant medicine permitted on property.

9.4. Alcohol & Substance Policy:

Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed during designated retreat activities. However, excessive drinking, disruptive behavior, or the use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation may result in removal from the retreat with no refund.

9.5. Participation Expectations

Retreats are designed to be immersive and community-based. Guests are strongly encouraged to participate in the full retreat schedule to maintain group cohesion and benefit from the full experience. Repeated absence from scheduled sessions (e.g., workshops, welcome dinners, ceremonies) without prior notice may be considered disruptive and disrespectful to the group.

9.6. All participants agree to respect the privacy of fellow guests and maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories shared during workshops, circles, or private sessions.

9.7. Respectful Communication & Sensitive Topics

We foster an inclusive space that celebrates diverse backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. Political debates, culturally insensitive remarks, or behavior that creates tension or discomfort will not be tolerated. Anyone violating this may be asked to leave the retreat without refund.

9.8. Leaving the Property / Off-Site Safety

For the safety of all guests and to preserve the integrity of the retreat experience, participants are expected to remain on-site during retreat hours unless the outing is part of a scheduled group activity.

If guests choose to leave the retreat property during free time, they do so at their own risk. We are not responsible for any incidents, delays, or costs that occur off-site. In the event of late-night outings, guests are fully responsible for arranging safe and timely transportation back to the property. Staff or facilitators will not be available for off-schedule pickups.

9.9. Disruptive Behavior Policy

We reserve the right to issue formal warnings and/or remove participants from the retreat without refund if their behavior is:

• Repeatedly disruptive or disrespectful

• Negatively impacting group energy or individual guests

• In violation of agreed-upon policies, including excessive drinking, failure to follow safety guidelines, or ignoring group agreements

This includes verbal aggression, gossip, divisive behavior, or attempts to recruit clients away from the host’s services.

9.10. Participants may not use the retreat, its attendees, or community to solicit clients or create competing retreats or coaching experiences. This includes promoting similar services, programs, or events to attendees during or after the retreat without written consent from Glo Trips. All content and frameworks shared during the retreat are proprietary and may not be reproduced commercially.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the retreat destination country.

10.2. Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of that country’s courts.

11. Property Rules & Additional Fees

11.1. Quiet hours begin at 11 PM each night and continue until sunrise.

11.2. Guests must dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness throughout their stay.

11.3. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest, including but not limited to furniture, appliances, decor, and retreat facilities.

11.4. Force Majeure Clause:

Glo Trips is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, travel restrictions, government actions, war, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the retreat, but refunds will not be issued.

11.5. Refunds for Early Departures & No-Shows:

No refunds will be provided for participants who leave the retreat early for any reason, including personal emergencies, dissatisfaction, or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, no refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.

11.6. Payment Plan Late Fee Policy:

All payments must be made on or before the specified due dates. If a payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, a $50 late fee will be applied. Failure to pay the full balance by the final deadline may result in loss of retreat spot with no refund.

12. Agreement Acknowledgment

12.1. By booking a retreat with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior conversations, promises, or representations, whether verbal or written. If you have any questions or require further clarification, please contact us.Upon booking, participants must check a box agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. A signed agreement may be required upon arrival.

12.2. Media Release

By participating in this retreat, guests grant Glo Trips the right to use photos and video footage taken during the retreat for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any media, you must notify us in writing prior to the retreat start date.
