I'm Chhavi Verg, and I've walked the path from external validation to authentic empowerment. As Miss New Jersey USA, Miss USA 1RU, and Miss Universe India 2RU, I lived in a world of constant scrutiny, comparison, and pressure to be "perfect."
On the outside, I was celebrated. But behind the crowns and cameras, I faced the same struggles many women live with daily: relentless social media pressure, difficulty finding genuine connections, and the exhaustion of seeking validation in every achievement.
Even as my accolades grew, I realized that success without self-connection felt empty. I was living everyone else’s definition of success — not my own.
I came to understand that true beauty and success aren’t about meeting external standards; they’re about embracing your authentic self, cultivating inner abundance, and creating a supportive environment that lifts everyone up.
I decided I was done waiting and living on someone else’s terms. I chose instead to become the creator of my own life. That decision became the foundation of the GLO Method—a path for women to move from burnout and self-doubt to confidence, clarity, and radiant feminine power.

Amazing experience, awesome trip.Meeting new friends and connecting with yoga and their relationship stories really helped me cope with my own story.Everyday meals cooked by chef and connecting with all new friends, I was ready to go back to my life and start all over.
